Axia Management S.A. is an independent portfolio management company, based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Lawrence Lewinson

Director

He is the founder of Axia Management SA and specializes in Equity Investments Strategies. He has more than 22 years of experience in Private Banking. Mr. Lewinson earned his BBA in International Business from Hofstra University on Long Island New York. He speaks English and French.

Mr. Lewinson began his career at Prudential Bache Securities in Luxembourg in 1989 as a Financial Advisor. He developed a new private client department within an existing institutional office. He also traded and gave investment advice on Equities, Options, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Derivates.

In 1990 he joined Merrill Lynch (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. as a Senior Financial Consultant; he was the group leader of a team of three Financial Consultants and two associate trainees. He was also in charge of training Financial Consultants across Europe on how to prospect, increase their client base and become successful Relationship Managers.

In 1996, Mr. Lewinson transferred to Merrill Lynch International, Geneva Branch, where he continued managing his client’s portfolios and developing new business. In 2002 Mr. Lewinson joined Axia Investments SA as one of the partners of the company. He built up his own portfolio of private and institutional clients. Today, with Axia Management SA, he continues to advise and manage private clients and institutional funds.

Since 2004 he has also tailored his services toward professional golfers and has now developed a full coverage sports agency.

Sabrina Caldera

Marketing Associate

She has more than 25 years experience in private banking.

She worked for Merrill Lynch in Miami as a Financial Consultant for Latin American Markets. She then transferred to Merrill Lynch Bank Suisse in Geneva in 1999 before joining Axia.

She graduated from Florida International University with a BBA and an International Business Degree. She is also a Certified Investment Management Analyst from the Wharton School of Business.

She speaks Spanish, English and French.

Sandra Barbey

Office Manager

She has over 20 years experience in the Private Banking Sector. She began her career by working in banks and other financial institutions in the Geneva area. In 1997, she joined Merrill Lynch as a Client Service Officer and then became the Service Manager for The Geneva Office. She joined Axia Investment in 2007 as administration manager and compliance officer for the company.

She also worked closely with clients and organized all the marketing events that the company has launched. In 2012, she transferred to Axia Management. Since 2013, she takes an active role in liaising with professional athletes helping them with their administrative work. She speaks French and English.
